School leadership can be a lonely path. We sit beside you as a coach, an extra pair of hands or an independent voice, for as long as it is useful.

Among our consultants' work: medium and long-term improvement plans for two international schools in Chiang Mai, and a whole-school strategy to embed values-based learning at Meritton British International School.

Leadership and coaching
So many responsibilities, and so often no one to turn to for independent advice or an empathetic ear. Personal coaching can play a huge part in a leader's success, and our senior consultants have coached and mentored heads, middle managers and teachers for many years.
Strategic planning
Strategic planning is one of those big tasks that many schools find daunting, especially new ones. We have sat alongside managers, teachers and staff to help them deliver short and long-term improvement plans, and we believe the process should be both meaningful and fun.
Organisational development
As a school evolves, its staffing and organisational structures need setting and resetting to stay efficient and effective. We assess how your organisation and communication work today and help you plan the changes, drawing on many years of executive experience in organisational planning and restructuring.
Whole-school needs assessment
An independent review gives you a fresh, honest look at your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and at what it will take to succeed. Use it as part of your planning, or to tackle a specific problem such as staff morale or parent confidence.
Support with accreditation
Getting started with accreditation is another daunting job. We know the process well, having helped schools prepare for and deliver both whole-school and curriculum-based accreditation.
Parent engagement
We design parent surveys and run focus groups to understand what your parent community needs and worries about, then advise you on better communication, involving parents in school life and building open, constructive relationships between home and school.
Teacher appraisal
We assess teaching standards and build a plan for improvement that helps teachers get better while feeling supported. Talk to us about setting up classroom observations, peer evaluation, needs assessment and professional development plans.
Curriculum development
Schools often talk about the need for balance and a holistic approach to learning. Values-based Education (VbE) answers that call by changing a school's philosophy and approach to learning, and our consultants have embedded it in schools through whole-school workshops and training.
